The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a Machine Operator to work at our food processing facility in Avon, NY! Successful candidates must be willing to supply improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal individuals must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production

duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

Role &

Responsibilities

Staging ingredients- moving packaging and product for production runsMaintaining housekeeping in the departmentOperating filling equipment; making minor changesMachine Rinsing and cleaning, assisting in machine set ups, ensuring accurate hourly machine counts so that visual boards can be filled out accurately.Labeling sides and ends of boxes. Placing stickers or other identifying information as requested by customer.Helping with 5S and other projects- advises inventory specialist of potential or ongoing inventory problems- works closely with lead and/or supervisor to ensure production

requirements and customer satisfaction.Inspecting

locations in his / her designated area to ensure product safety by changing pallets (as needed)- changing slip sheets and covering all ingredients and film- assists in implementing new procedures and processes for continuous improvement throughout the plant.Accurately complete all paperworkOther

duties as assigned.

Sanitation Will ensure that the equipment and machinery they work with is cleaned and sanitized according to the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program rules explained at the beginning of the employment and during refresher sessions

Quality Assurance Ensures all products manufactured align with the Quality Assurance Program and policies reviewed during the on the job training applicable to this specific operation function.

Safety Will follow the Kraft Heinz Safety Process and will keep themself and others away from harm while performing their

duties. Will adhere to LOTO policy and procedures.

Minimum

Qualifications

Able to work on weekends, Holidays and commit to mandated overtimeA Minimum of a High school diploma, GED or equivalent
