We have an opening for an associate attorney (2-6 years in practice) in our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have some

experience in contracts, construction law and/or business disputes.

Compensation is negotiable, but commensurate with

experience.

Qualifications: · Excellent research and writing

skills· Independent and goal driven with a desire to learn· Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing·

Experience in analyzing, reviewing, editing, and drafting legal documents· Superior logical reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical

skills·

Experience conducting and defending depositions· Detail-oriented with strong organizational

skills· Ability to work with, and meet the expectations of, clients who demand excellence· JD from accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas

Responsibilities: · Assist senior attorneys with litigation· Manage projects from start to finish· Conduct and defend depositions, prepare and respond to discovery, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs· Legal research and analysis· Attend hearings, mediations, trial, and arbitration
