AP Accountant

LHH has partnered with an environmental services company on a AP Accountant role in Austin, TX. If you are you looking for a growing role, energetic team, and amazing

benefits then this is the role for you! To be considered for this role you will have minimum of five years of senior level AP

experience. The role will be responsible for month end, AP reporting, journal entries, and creating and streamlining AP processed. This is a temp to hire role offering a hybrid schedule and $75k-$80k annually.

Responsibilities:Perform statement and account reconciliationsEnsure all payables are handled in a timely mannerPrepare reports on a weekly basis for distribution to leadershipRecord journal entries and manage month-end

dutiesSupport team with additional projects as neededManage accruals and depreciationsResponsible for 1099 processing

Qualifications:Minimum of five years of accounts payable

experienceSolid knowledge of general accounting knowing your debits and creditsExtensive NetSuite

experienceProficient with Microsoft Excel (comfortable with pivot tables & vlookups)Strong communications
