I'm working with a real estate developer that focuses on commercial office, industrial and mix use properties that is in need of Construction Project Manager. This individual will be managing 3-5M sq feet across three different office buildings managing tenant fit outs. This individual needs a well round background and 10+ years of

experience as they want someone that knows their way around the building and has a strong knowledge of HVAC, chillers, roofing projects, etc. Essentially, they are looking for someone that can handle all types of tasks essentially “a no task is too small or too big” type mentality.

Compensation

A Competitive

compensation package will be available for this position including Base, Bonuses, medical, dental, vision, 401K automatic contribution, 401K match on a contribution, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, paid leave, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree is requiredMinimum 8 + years

experience in construction projects including planning, design, construction, or project management fields.
