experienceThis is a "Junior to Mid-level" Project Management Opportunity
The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate various aspects of construction projects and will work closely with internal estimators, clients, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer’s specifications.
Responsibilitiesmust Possess Technical
skills to understand and interpret specifications and drawings, construction methods, and contract documents. Responsible for generating requests for information.Responsible for project scopes of work, developing and evaluating estimates, preparing quotations, project execution, change orders, cost approval, and project close out.Monitors project milestones, change orders, and technical status reports.Collaborates with colleagues, customers, vendors, and subcontractors and directs processes to meet project design
requirements, schedules, and financial objectives.Manages client, vendor, and subcontractor relationships and establishes clear communication.Must be self-motivated with the ability to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple tasks, meet multiple deadlines and work with minimal direct supervision.Oversee all stages of project life cycleManage project budgetProvide timely status reports to stakeholders
Qualifications2-7+ years relevant
experience preferred, pre-engineered building
experience is a plus but not required.Strong organizational and project management
skills.Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints – preferred.Proficiency in MS Office Suite required. Competency in MS Project, Navisworks, and ACAD is beneficial.Detail-oriented and strong communication
skills.Bachelor’s degree in construction science and management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related degree preferred though relevant
experience is highly considered.Occasional overnight travel required.Full-time position, in office attendance required – Houston, TX
