Qualifications

Represent FANS in an exemplary manner by adhering to ALWAYS and Code of ConductProvide timely tray delivery service to all assigned patients on their unitsExplain FANS procedures to new patientsActively resolve customer and/or guest concerns in a timely mannerFollow established safety, HACCP, and infection control policies and proceduresCommunicate with members of the healthcare team, including nurses and dietitiansEffectively train new Hosts/Hostesses on relevant AM and PM

What

qualifications you will need:

Minimum of 2 years customer service

experience in a restaurant, hotel, hospital or concierge/guest services preferredFood Handlers Permit must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
