Qualifications

Under the direct supervision of the Director assures all aspects of daily Front Office operations function smoothly and effectively as well as assisting as a resource and department problem solver.

The

responsibilities include overseeing mail correspondence to providers, monitor flow of phone messages, chart prep, checking/reviewing order, authorization/precerts, orienting/training front office staff in Pain Management and addressing patients concerns and recovery. Assist with computer issues and concerns of staff as related to billing, scheduling, chart preparation. All other

duties as assigned.

The Office Coordinator provides administrative services necessary for the care of the patient, and in support of the mission of Menorah Medical Center. The Office Coordinator provides care for the adult patients between 18 to 64 years; and geriatric patients 65 years and older.
