Role Value Proposition
This role works directly with the USB chief of staff and performs a variety of strategic planning and governance functions for U.S. Business (USB). The role partners with the planning leads across USB and the enterprise as a whole in developing and communicating the financial and strategic plan. The position includes planning coordination, project management of organizational initiatives, coordination and drafting of major communications/ presentations, and ad hoc special projects that call for a high level of analytical
skills.
Key
Responsibilities
Design and lead key strategic initiatives across USB. Drive improvements across USB by developing actionable plans based on in-depth data analytics. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including resolving issues and seeking consensus among diverse groups of stakeholders. Develop USB experimentations in coordination with USB business teams and corporate functions and build a governance to oversee the progress and the outcome. Support the USB chief of staff as assigned or required.

Bachelor’s degree required (MBA/Advanced degree is a plus) Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable results in a matrix setting through stewardship, influence, motivation and leadership. Strong leader with demonstrated sound business judgment.Able to inspire the trust, confidence and respect of peers and other senior leaders. Strong business and financial acumen. Ability to champion change, inspire a shared vision and promote key values. Analytic thinker capable of streamlining and simplifying complicated processes across the organization. The wage range for applicants for this position is $121,400 - 161,800. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive
