Overview
Navistar is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Center of Excellence (COE) to join our team based out of our world headquarters (WHQ) in Lisle, IL (hybrid)!
The Senior Project Manager (COE) will support all Supply Chain and Logistics verticals. This role will serve as the Supply Chain and logistics voice for new programs, new supplier sourcing, and other strategic business initiatives as required. We are seeking someone with a versatile communication style, excellent project management
skills, and a passion for Supply Chain and Logistics to help us provide exceptional support and readiness for production and our end customers.
Responsibilities
Participate in new program and category management meetings to learn about upcoming launches and studies requiring Supply Chain and Logistics deliverablesCommunicate new program and supplier sourcing updates to Supply Chain and Logistics teamsWork with all areas of Supply Chain and Logistics (inbound and outbound transportation, material planning, warehousing, packaging, EDI, etc) to identify
requirements to support new initiativesOrganize projects in a consistent and professional manner as determined by Logistics COE leadershipCommunicate supply chain and logistics readiness updates in program reviewsCommunicate supplier supply chain and logistics ratings to procurementTravel to different production
locations as needed to build relationships with key stakeholdersMonitor key metrics and KPIs for projects post-implementationConduct lessons learned to identify continuous improvement opportunities
Minimum
Requirements
Bachelor’s degreeAt least 2 years of project/program management
experience
Or
Master’s degree
Or
At least 4 years of project/program management
experience

Requirements
Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
