Position: Staff Accountant

Location: Salt Lake City- Onsite

Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30AM-4PM

Pay: $70,000-$80,000

Responsibilities

AR Functions: Enter Payments matched to Customer Invoices Record Deposits, make deposits electronically Work with Customers in applying transactions AP Functions: Obtain Invoices through email/mail Vendor setup and invoice entry Work with Blanket Purchase and Purchase Order Run and Review Aged Payables Assist in the Annual Financial Audit Open Mail for Vendor Invoices and Customer Payments Assist in the adaptation/implementation of Business Central Perform Other tasks that will be assigned as needed

Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish and English not required but is a plus Associates degree in accounting or equivalent

experience

Experience – 3 to 5 years in Accounting Operations Good Communication

Skills Must be able to work on premises full-time reliably Good Knowledge of Enterprise Systems is a plus
