Our client is Florida's Premier Pool Builder and seeks a construction project coordinator. The ideal candidate will have prior

experience and / or

education on the business side of construction management. Prior

experience in pool construction is a plus, but it is NOT required.

This is a full-time position (in-person) with an emphasis on managing the business side of project management and customer service. The Project Coordinator should be capable of managing multiple projects and clients at a time.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projectsMain point of contact with homeowners during constructionManage the business side of project management - such as cost analysis and budgetingFocus on customer service and keeping the customer satisfiedChange orders and up sellingMaintain excellent organization & communication

Experience as a construction project coordinator or construction business coordinator Should have

educational background in construction management and / or

experience in construction management.

Experience with residential and commercial construction projectsShould be technically skilled in construction management software and Microsoft Suite to include ExcelPossess excellent communication

skills & organization

skillsMust be customer service orientedPositive can do attitude is criticalValid drivers license meeting company insurance guidelinesA background check will be conducted for this positionMinimum 2 years of project coordination

experience.
