Job Description

Preparation of motions, pleadings, documents, and correspondence, as well as the supporting material.Respond to Discovery Requests.Manage attorney calendars.Assist attorneys with a variety of legal tasks.Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Be able to work in-person, 5 days a week in the Fort Lauderdale Office.Two or more years of actual civil paralegal

experience required.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Bilingual English and Spanish plus but not required.Paralegal degree or certification a plus.
