Title: Construction Superintendent
Location: Newark Liberty, International Airport.
Terms of EmploymentW2 Contract, 12 Months (Likely Extension)This position is 100% onsite at Newark Liberty International Airport.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the field activities.Coordinate with the subcontractors and the onsite facility workers and manage the overlap and separation of the two.Generate daily reports, weekly reports, safety reports, and updates to the current Excel spreadsheets, depending on the scope of work. Answer and report to the onsite Project Manager, under their direction.

Skills &
ExperienceHigh School diploma and 5+ years of
experience directing craft labor on industrial mechanical and electrical construction projects.Ability to handle high visibility clients and effectively communicate with varying personalities. Must have strong written and verbal communication
skills.Must have strong reporting
skills, especially in Microsoft Excel. Must be comfortable working in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Project.Flexibility with schedule and must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
