Intellectual Property Litigation (Patent) Associate

O’Melveny’s Intellectual Property & Technology practice group is looking for an Intellectual Property Litigation attorney with

experience in patent litigation. Preferred background will include an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, materials science, physics, or an equivalent degree, and an advanced degree or industry

experience is a plus. Membership in the Patent Bar is preferred but not required.

The

salary range in New York for this role is $225,000 - $365,000 and represents the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual

compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s

experience,

qualifications, and

location.
