Operations Support Professional

What It's About

Partners Group is seeking an Operations Support Professional to join its Private Wealth Client Solutions team based in New York. In this position, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client relationships by supporting our team's operations efforts, specifically within private wealth. In addition, you will be working closely with the fund administrator to ensure a smooth client

experience. The successful candidate must demonstrate effective time and project management

skills, be detail and process oriented, and have strong written and interpersonal

skills.

Responsibilities

Acting as subject matter expert for assigned programs and respond to internal and external requests Daily inquiry management, ensuring all requests are responded to timely and accurately Addressing client service needs, including product information requests, transaction assistance and distribution of offering documentation Assisting clients and financial advisors with operational fund inquiries Working closely with clients and fund's administrator to coordinate subscription, redemption and transfer processes Preparing standard and ad-hoc product reporting as needed Assisting with year-end audit process and quarterly reports to Fund Board of Managers Overseeing product compliance including proper documentation of processes and procedures Taking responsibility of projects to support the development and growth of the team Collaborating with internal teams including product management, structuring, legal and compliance Solving complex client issues and maintaining a level of excellent client service

What We Expect

2-4 years of

experience in financial services, transfer agency, operations, fund administration, or related industry Superior organizational, written, oral, time management and analytical

skills with consistent attention to detail BA/BS in finance, business, economics, communications, or a related field Ability to communicate effectively as well as advanced Excel and PowerPoint

skills Project management

skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines and setting appropriate priorities while maintaining a high standard Superior attention to detail. Ability to pull together ideas to make a convincing argument. Entrepreneurial, professional, proactive and motivated personality Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and be able to handle different constituencies across the firm

compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total

compensation emphasizes performance based long term incentives. Base pay range for this role is $90,000 - 110,000, and a performance-based bonus and equity are part of the total

compensation package
