Role
Summary
As Associate Manager, Business Integration, you support the implementation of the ESG data strategy, working cross functionally, leveraging tools / systems to ensure oversight and governance of key business data leveraged for ESG reporting. This role will work very closely with the Sustainability Office, Control, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Strategy & Transformation teams, as a part of PepsiCo’s cross-functional ESG Reporting Council (ERC), as well as external partners.
This role will help collect, implement and monitor progress on business
requirements needed for ESG reporting.
Responsibilities
Work closely and collaboratively with the ERC and external consultants, where needed, to help implement our ESG data management strategyCollect and document data
requirements and communicate them to Strategy & Transformation (S&T) teamSupport the implementation of governance processes across ESG around data collection and reporting Provide data governance and oversight of Workstream Owners (both the Sustainability Office and Sector Control)Liaison with S&T and ERC teams on business
requirements and ensure integrated plans are developed and managedProvide updates to leadership as needed, particularly with regards to changes in controls and monitoring resulting from changes in processes, systems, metric, goals, etc. versus prior yearPlay key role in the Capex development teamBe willing and able to travel domestically and globally as needed (~10-20%)
Qualifications
Minimum
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Business Information Systems, Sustainability or related field. MBA a plus.3+ years of
experience in a Finance role, sustainability and reporting role OR data & analysis rolePrior SAP
experience 1+ years of
experience in risks and controls
Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)Previous
experience in a CPG companyAble to promote change to drive the ESG regulatory readiness agendaPassion for / background in ESG and sustainability Strong ability to work cross-functionally and to communicate professionally and effectively, internally and externally, to all levels of the organizationExcellent written and verbal communication
skills in a business context, including strong ability to distill complex concepts and analytical findings into clear, concise and compelling communications

Compensation And
Benefits
The Expected
compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650 based on a full-time schedule.
Location, confirmed job-related
skills and
experience will be considered in setting actual starting
salary.Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual
salary paid out annually.Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to
