SUMMARY: Work in a fun, fast-paced team environment performing a variety of cash management functions.
Duties would include, but not limited to, acting as a bank liaison, data input, preparing checks, initiating banking activities, performing research, maintaining files, and reviewing documents.ESSENTIAL
Duties And
RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviewing and approving banking request documents.Using bank software to enter or approve banking activities.Develop strong relationships at the bank and act as a liaison between the bank and the Investor Services Department.Prepare checks, wires, ACHsDeposit checks.Maintain good electronic files for audit.Run reports for Investor Services Department.Performs other related department functions as required.
Qualificationsminimum
Requirements:AA Degree or equivalent combination of
education and
experienceOne (1) year
experience in accounts payable or other similar environment (i.e. bank teller)Knowledge,
Skills, and Abilities: Very good data entry
skills and attention to detailsAbility to understand and follow company procedures and policiesOral and written communication
skills to support basic problem solving with originators and vendorsBasic proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelA quick study of new processes and proceduresAdditional Information
