Overview: We are seeking a hands-on QA Automation Architect with 12+ years of
experience to spearhead our automation efforts and ensure the quality of our fintech products. This role requires the ability to lead a team and effectively engage with Director-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain QA automation frameworks.Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers.Drive automation initiatives across the software development lifecycle.Conduct comprehensive test plans, including API testing using Postman.Handle legacy systems and legacy UI, ensuring seamless integration with modern solutions.Engage and collaborate with Director-level stakeholders to align automation strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Hands-on
experience in Java, Selenium, Cucumber and API testing with Postman.Hands-on
experience in handling legacy systems and legacy UI.Strong leadership
skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.Proven track record of engaging with Director-level stakeholders.Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.Excellent communication and collaboration
skills.
