Quality Assurance Specialist (QA)

Piper Life Sciences is actively seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist (QA) to help join a team whose mission is to help develop products to cure cancer utilizing cutting edge CAR T-cell technology. Getting to see the impact of your work from bench to patient. This person will support projects by being a liaison to the product staff, and reinforcing best practices regarding quality standards. This is a on-site Monday - Friday position with traditional hours, in the RTP area of North Carolina.

Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Specialist (QA):

Tracks manufacturing errors and initiates investigations regarding non conforming events in a GMP environmentHelp with creation and review of batch recordsActs as a technical writer for policies, SOPs, and any other documentation in support of quality and manufacturing operationsContinue growing

experience with QA, cell culture, and cell and gene therapy operationsAssist in the maintenance of quality electronic systems

Qualifications of the Quality Assurance Specialist (QA):

B.S. + 3 years in a GMP environmentCell culture exposure,

$60,000 - $75,000, depending on relevant industry
