Pride Health is hiring for an Infusion Pharmacist for a client in Columbia, MD! (Contract)
Schedule: Mon-Fri Day Shift (10am-6:30pm) negotiable start time
Contract: 5 month contract
Pay Rate: $73-76/hour
Primary
Responsibilities:Clinical management of patient care monitoringPerforming ongoing clinical assessments to meet accreditation
requirementsStandard prescription processing for IV MedicationsCalculating dosing for therapeutic narrow margined therapiesMedication Reconciliation
Required
Qualifications:Pharmacist License2 to 3 years or more
experience in the clinical management of patient therapy
Experience in clinical management of patient care – hospital, long term care and home infusion preferred,
experience with IV Dispensing Data program
Experience In Micro Office Suite
