Detailed Requirement Environmental Land Planners will be working with multiple SME's on a daily basis to ensure agency submittal packages are on time for review. Role requires through knowledge of California Environmental Quality Act (CEPA) and National Environmental Policy Act. While meetings with agencies are rare, communications on agreements with different agencies will be a regular part of the role. Project due dates and releases will have strict due dates to adhere to that the environmental land planner will be instrumental in meeting. Working within Salesforce to document work and maintain data integrity.
