Key

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business

requirements.

Customize and configure Dynamics CRM to support various business processes.

Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations to extend the functionality of Dynamics CRM. Perform data migrations and integrations with other systems using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

Collaborate With Business Stakeholders To Gather

requirements and define solution designs. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics CRM and related systems.

Document technical specifications, system configurations, and customizations. Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics CRM updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of

experience implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Strong proficiency in SQL Server and Transact-SQL (T-SQL).

Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) is a plus.

Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, and .NET development. Excellent communication and interpersonal

skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
