Responsibilities

Provides technical and product support of systems and procedures within Treasury Solutions.Provides client outreach and support for various migrations or changes impacting client use of Treasury products.Supports testing of new or enhanced applications and client testing of application upgrades/changes.Ability to diagnose and resolve more complex user issues and provide user trainingDocuments system issues and resolutions and escalates to team lead/manager when necessaryAdheres to and follows all applicable policies and proceduresProactively escalates issues and risks to leadership's attentionResponsible for general support and delivery of low to moderate level complexityClient Transitions Management Team initiatives and projects.

Key

Requirements And Technology

Experience

'Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Technology or Accounting.

Experience in banking, financial services, treasury and/or cash management.

Experience in ACH, Wire, SWIFT and Lockbox banking applications.
