A Project Procurement Manager is needed for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Marietta, PA area. The role involves serving as the central point of contact for procurement activities, overseeing sourcing processes, contract management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure compliance, efficiency, and value delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Serve as the local Project Procurement focal point, liaising between global procurement, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Establish and maintain collaborative and strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Lead procurement activities (pre-contract and post-contract) for EPCM and Qualification and Validation packages through the company's Ariba platform. Assist the selected EPCM company in defining strategies for awarding subcontractors' packages. Monitor and review the EPCM company's procurement activities to ensure alignment with company policies, values, and expectations. Represent the company in commercial discussions with trade contractor vendors during the sourcing phase and lead negotiations for the best quality offer. Ensure completion of contractual routing in accordance with company policies. Conduct regular meetings with project management and EPCM teams to provide updates on contract status and address bottlenecks.
