Basketball Manager Intern

Recruiting Boost International AAU Team is in Indianpolis for a week, April 7-15 looking for a few paid student managers for a one week internship.

Responsibilities

Practice Support: Prepare the gym and equipment for practice, set up drills, assist coaches, track practice statistics, and ensure all equipment is properly stored after practice.

Game Day Operations: Help set up the court and locker room for home games, manage game equipment, assist with stat keeping, and support coaches and athletic trainers as needed.

Travel: Travel to 4 local games on the weekend, assisting with equipment and logistics.

Video and Technology: Learn and operate video equipment to film practices and games for scouting and player development.

Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate effectively with coaches, athletic trainers, and other managers to ensure a smooth operation. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, and effectively communicate with players, coaches, and staff.

Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative

duties as assigned, such as maintaining equipment inventory or creating scouting reports.

Qualifications

Passion for basketball and a strong work ethic.Excellent organizational

skills, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate practices, games, and travel (as needed).
