The Team & Role

The Ads Measurement team charter covers Signals, Identity, Attribution, Performance Measurement and 3rd party integrations. Our mission is to prove Reddit Ads value to the advertisers, and enable optimal performance delivery, in a privacy-compliant environment.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to work on our Ads Measurement team. This opportunity provides a platform for high impact and personal growth. In this role, you will own 3rd party partnership products and have a chance to work across the entire Ads stack and gain exposure to PET (privacy enhancement technologies). Your work will directly contribute to growing Reddit’s Performance Advertising business.

Responsibilities

Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert for helping Reddit Ads leverage the ads measurement ecosystemDefine a product strategy that meets Reddit’s current business needs and puts the company in the best position possible for responding to future events Develop first-hand expertise in legal, platform rules and compliance

requirements that can impact digital advertisingWork closely with cross-functional teams (data science, design, engineering, marketing science, product marketing and solutions engineering) and be very hands-on in product management execution

Required

Qualifications

At least 3 years of recent ad-tech expertise with a solid understanding of the advertising businessAt least 3-5 years of product management industry

experience, with clear product area leadershipHighly data driven across all aspects of product managementProven track record of setting vision and strategy, and of cross-org collaboration, for building and launching complex products with ambiguous

requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication

skillsStrategic thinker and problem solver

Demonstrated Track Record Of Product Strategy Or Strategy Consulting Work

Experience in both web and App Ads (mobile app installs) productsUnderstanding of third-party ads measurement ecosystem (MTA, MMP, Clean Room) across verticals and geographies

$190,800—$267,100 Usd
