General Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic Troubleshooting

SkillsIdentify Problems and formulate solutions to fix the problemsFix most problems with minimal assistance from a higher skill level employee.Troubleshoot small electrical circuits and find problemsTroubleshoot small pumping circuits and pump failuresTroubleshooting and repair of mechanical drive systems such as belts, motors, and chains with minimal assistanceRepair mechanical failures in a timely fashionGeneral Idea of manufacturing operations, such as:Extrusion Press OperationWater Treatment Process Pumping and SystemsAnodizing and Paint OperationsPerform PMs such as oil level checks and mechanical InspectionsOther
