Summary And

Qualifications

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care in PACU/PreOp Holding Area/Pre Admission Testing by maintaining safe staffing patterns and delegation of staff assignments based on skill and patient acuity. Actively interfaces with ancillary departments on a daily basis to identify/solve patient issues. Medically responsible to the Department of Anesthesia

What

qualifications you will need:

Current California RN license Completion of Basic Arrhythmia course ACLS Certification PALS CCRN or CPAN preferred BCLS Graduate of an accredited school of nursing AA degree in nursing BSN preferred Minimum three years of

experience in PACU or Critical Care UnitsMinimum one-year management

experience in a PACU or Critical Care

Riverside Community Hospital is a large acute care facility with 517 beds, established in 1901. It has the most extensive Emergency Room and Level I Trauma Center in the Inland Empire region and is the primary recipient of STEMI (heart attack) cases in Riverside County. The hospital is accredited as a Chest Pain Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center and has a HeartCare Institute that offers both invasive and non-invasive cardiac procedures. Riverside has a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, which it is very proud of.
