Position

Overview: General Superintendent to oversee retail/ entertainment construction projects in New Mexico and West Texas. You will be responsible for managing multiple construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality, alongside organising and completing training of younger superintendents.

Key

Responsibilities:Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams to ensure project goals are met.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule work activities and manage resources effectively.Oversee site safety programs and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays to keep projects on track.Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and identify opportunities for improvement.Prepare and submit reports on project status, including progress updates, budget tracking, and safety records.

Requirements:Minimum of 7 years of

experience in construction management, with a focus on retail projects desired. Strong leadership

skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal

skills.Thorough understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
