Responsibilities:Communicate with Project Managers (PMs) and team, regarding project set up, contract documents, and other contract modifications, approvals, and any additional services-related to billing.Set-up, review and confirm billing terms, fees, other accounting related issues in order to support proper al

location of labor and expenses to projects and revenue recognition.Review and evaluate project charges for accuracy, complete cost transfers, establish and update project budgets as needed, and ensure that all project data is current.Process subconsultant invoices, company invoices and project financial reports on a monthly basis or as called for by schedule.Responsible for ensuring draft invoices are accurate and based on contract

requirements, identifying any needed corrections, obtaining Project Manager documentation and approvalLead month-end and year-end close activities and project financials reporting.At times may be required to supervise/train team members.Provide training to project managers on processes and procedures and best practices.Perform additional assignments, as needed.

Required

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, engineering or business preferred.Knowledge of Deltek Vision, Vantagepoint or other accounting platform.5 years or more of related

experience in project accounting/project analysis or similar position.Must be able to read and understand contracts and contract terms.
