Overview
This dynamic, compassionate clinician will join a strong, clinically based multidisciplinary team in treating children, adolescents, adults, and/or their families in a supportive, trauma-informed outpatient setting.
The LSW delivers direct clinical services such as individual, group, or family psychotherapy, crisis intervention, case management, outreach services and serves as a mental health consultant.
Qualifications
Required
Master's degree in Social Work
Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting
Preferred
Bilingual In English And Spanish
Certifications And Licenses Required
Current Nj Lsw Or Lcsw/lcadc License

Essential Functions
Deliver clinical services such as individual, group, crisis intervention, case management, outreach services and consultationDeliver direct clinical services such as Individual, Group, or Family Psychotherapy, couple counseling, crisis intervention, case management, outreach services and serves as a metal health consultantService delivery reflects all relevant age/developmental considerationsParticipate in all crisis intervention, crisis management action per the programs policies and proceduresDevelop a comprehensive history on the patient, including psychosocial development, current functioning, presenting problem, and history of treatment, through interviews with the patient, family and/or significant othersDevelop written, comprehensive, psychosocial assessments based on the patient's history and relative to the presenting problem, reflecting age/developmental considerationsResponsible for development, implementation, monitoring, and documentation, in a timely fashion of initial interdisciplinary treatment plansAttend weekly supervisionTake an active role in learningParticipate/present in case conferencesTake responsibility for professional growth and development through on-going participation in
educational programs on-site and off-site, including clinically overseeing interns in the programMeet customer satisfaction goals
