compensation for this position will be determined at the Company's sole discretion and the wage range for this role considers a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill sets;

experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At SNAHC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and

compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $59,500-$80,500.

Position

Summary

The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) is a strategic partner who provides high-quality service to SNAHC’s management and employee teams under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Director. The HRG is responsible for carrying out

duties in the following functional areas, including but not limited to: employee development, employee relations, organizational development, worker’s

compensation, employee

benefits,

compensation, and other items related to the employee life cycle.

Essential Functions

Act as a strategic partner to assigned teams, offering support and timely delivery of services. Provide HR expertise in employee and labor relations, coaching and development, conflict management, organizational development, training and other HR activities. Conduct effective and thorough investigations and proactively manage LOA and work comp claims. Proactively address employee relations issues with management teams including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. Act as a mediator and advocate for employees, providing support and guidance on workplace issues and fostering an inclusive work environment. Maintain in depth knowledge of legal

requirements and best practices related to day to day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. Recognize and escalate issues that may create risk in a proactive manner. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs. Collaborate with the HR team on day to day work as well as various projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, talent development programs and succession planning. Conduct and/or arrange employee and supervisor training. Ensure employee personnel files, HRIS database, and the applicant tracking system are maintained and continually updated to meet legal and funding

requirements. Leads in internal quality improvement teams. Works with team members proactively to drive quality improvement initiatives in accordance with the mission and strategic goals for the organization, federal and state laws and regulations, and accreditation standards. Compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations, as they pertain to position including; HIPAA, sexual harassment, Scope of Practice, OSHA etc. Other

duties as assigned.

Minimum

Qualifications

2 or more years of progressive

experience in the Human Resources field, or a combination of

education and

experience.

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience with UKG HRISPHR, PHRca, SHRM-CP or similar certification preferred. Bilingual

Experience in an FQHC settingKnowledge of traditional, cultural and spiritual practices of the diverse AI/AN community, as well as ability to work with other racially, culturally, ethnically, and financially diverse populations.
