Overview

Responsible for assisting the logistics manager with associate calls, customer calls, new associate training, maintenance of equipment, and all aspects of the logistics department.

Responsible For Ensuring All Logistics Associates Meet Dot And Cmv

requirementsResponsible for overseeing the delivery of the product to the customerEnsures new logistics associates are trained and ensures understanding of organization and operation policies and service guidelinesResponsible for maintaining the Road Net softwareEnsures that the fleet is maintained properly, including all maintenance and safety-related issuesCoach directs and counsel’s associates on overall performance via driver surveys & customer surveysEnsure productivity expectations are met and monitors progress regularlyIdentify and recommends opportunities for associate development and performance improvement

Minimum

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of

experience or equivalent

education and related

experienceProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organization, multi-tasking, and time management

skills
