We are looking for someone who can monitor overall process operations and develop solutions to a broad range of technical problems. The role is open on 1st shift and 2nd shift. Job
ResponsibilitiesDevelop process strategies that incorporate techniques for IEP's various manufacturing processes.Develop process, process flow mapping, and associated documentation to support implementation and staff training.Directly support the manufacturing team to ensure that the production processes and unit operations are run at optimum conditions.Study and recommend process improvements to increase yield, increase productivity, improve quality, and reduce waste.Participate in efforts involving concurrent design for manufacturability and alternative process technologies.Deploy best practice principles for process control and product yield.Review performance outcomes, investigate problems, and ensure revisions to documented procedures.Establish performance measures and metrics, and analyze these metrics to identify and implement performance-based improvements.Documentation of processes into work instructions and procedures.Active participant in APQP & FMEA.Participate with company teams in meeting customer quality and delivery
requirements.Support customers and internal design reviews to ensure compatibility of processing techniques.Maintain current knowledge of industry standards and technology.

Qualifications:Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to this position and safety.Must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.3 - 5 years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and
experience. Stamp, Plate, Mold, and Assembly
experience is a plus!Highly attentive to detail and sound administrative and record-keeping
skills.Cooperative with the ability to work individually or in a team environment.Effective listening and communication
skills, both oral and written with the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions, and interact with all levels of the organization.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $48.00 - $52.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
