**Position
Overview:**We are seeking an
experienced HR professional to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting HR functions for our growing company. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, HR policy implementation, KPI reporting, supporting M&A integration and cultural initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity for an individual passionate about HR to contribute to the success and growth of our organization in the home services sector.

Responsibilities:**- Lead the recruitment process for technicians and service professionals across various home services.- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, safety procedures, and compliance with industry regulations.- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs of the home services industry.- Administer employee
benefits programs, supported by third party resources, including health insurance, worker's
compensation, and company wellness initiatives.- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation for all employees.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives across the business.- Travel up to 25% to various
locations for recruitment, training, and employee support as needed.

Qualifications:**- Minimum of 5 years of
experience in HR at a for-profit company or a similar role in which the required
skills have been clearly demonstrated.- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus, but is subordinate to demonstrating capabilities and
experience in the real world.- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations applicable to the business.- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management
skills.-
Experience with tracking and reporting key KPIs such as employee retention and engagement/satisfaction measures such as eNPS- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems (Paylocity)- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.-
Experience with M&A and working for a Private Equity owner is a plus.-
Experience supporting large, distributed workforces is a plus.
