Controller

We are currently hiring a Controller for a client of ours to be a part of their growth story!

The Controller will serve as a key member of the executive team, providing leadership and coordination of the company’s accounting processes, financial planning, and budget management functions. You will work hand in hand with the CFO and executive level leadership while leading a small team of two.

Key

Responsibilities:Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of the company, including financial reporting, tax planning, asset management, and cash flow management.Month-end and Year-end Processes: Manage full-cycle month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis to support business decisions.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory

requirements and implement effective risk management practices.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.5+ years of accounting and finance

experience preferred.Demonstrated

experience with full-cycle month-end and year-end accounting processes.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent leadership and communication

skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with executive management.Deep understanding of GAAP and regulatory standards.
