Lead Copywriter - Agency New Business

This Copy Lead will become an integral part of the Global Clients New Business team, collaborating with key business leaders across the network. Your role will involve providing creative support to internal businesses, crafting compelling copy ranging from RFPs/RFIs for new business pitches, to social, long-form videos, press releases, and web content.

As a member of the team, you'll handle confidential topics with discretion and professionalism, while effectively communicating across various cross-functional business areas.

Your

responsibilities will include:

Crafting persuasive new business proposals that embody company values.Writing custom RFP and RFI narratives for company messaging targeting specific client goals and opportunities.Orchestrating the proposal production timeline, ensuring timely and effective delivery through cross-functional coordination.Creating inspired copy across all channels including pitch proposals, press releases, website copy, and more.Be a part in brainstorming and concept meetings.Writing for client presentations and engaging with clients as needed.Writing scripts for pitch videos or concepts that enhance success of pitches, RFPs, RFIs, and client business, brand, and marketing objectives.Crafting voiceover scripts.

Required

Skills:5+ years of

experience in copywriting, specifically targeting new business.Excellent writing and editing

skills adaptable across new business proposals, press releases, website copy, and more.Proven

experience writing copy that drives new business development.Meticulous attention to detail in both writing and project completion.

Experience in creative advertising or marketing environments across a range of brands.Familiarity with the latest trends and winning campaigns.A strong portfolio featuring a wide range of real work across channels.Strong interpersonal and time management

skills.
