Job Description
The Medical Office Assistant will ensure that the clinic flow is continuing to move smoothly.This associate will handle patient scheduling, referrals, obtain insurance information, and update demographic information into the EMRWill follow up with any clinical notes, and handle medical records as needed.Will be responsible for basic back office
duties including vital signs, and EKGs. Open to candidates with previous clinical
experience looking to gain entry into a Medical Assistant role - previous healthcare
experience is required!This is a full-time, contract to hire job opportunity with
benefits.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent1+ year of healthcare
experience (any setting)Open to candidates with
experience including: CNA, MA's that have completed an externship, etc.
