IT Manager - Infrastructure

Description

TEKsystems is looking to bring in an IT Infrastructure Manager to join their team. This team is currently supporting M365 and is in the process of migrating to Exchange Online (end of June), SharePoint Online (going through design plan right now with partner) & Teams migration (completed). This person will be managing 5 fulltime team members and 7 contractors who are primarily Infrastructure Engineers and two SharePoint Developers. This team supports administration, planning and governance and are responsible for their ticketing que, updates, changes and manages/tracks the progression of M365. They handle operational support to for tickets related to to them moving to Azure/M365.

Citrix

experience would be a plus but not required.

Current environment: Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Netscaler, StoreFront, etc.

Email and other communication systems, Windows Server OS, backup and disaster recovery services.
