Salary: Starting at $74,000-$79,000 (dependent on

experience)

What You’ll Do

Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilitiesCollaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to specific client needsSupervise direct care staff (i.e. behavior therapists) and travel between regionalized clientsEvaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection softwareParticipating in organizational improvements using OBM

Referral bonus of $2000 total ($1000 after the referred employee has been with ACES for 6 months and $1000 after the referred employee has been with ACES for 12 months)

What We're Looking For:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standingProven

experience developing and implementing client programs (preferably in the ABA industry)Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing and supporting entry-level direct care staffMust pass a criminal background check, TB test, and have or receive immunities to MMR/VZV
