Role Overview & Specifications

Our client is currently seeking a first shift Sr. Production Supervisor for their manufacturing facility.

Job Specifications:This position is responsible for maintaining production within the plant, as well as ensuring safety and sanitary conditions are met.Will lead, coach, train and develop direct reports on shift. Responsible for ensuring that production needs are met in a timely manner with minimal downtimeParticipate on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects. Will ensure that quality standards and expectations are met.

Requirements:BS/BA Degree is preferred but will consider additional

experience in lieu of a degree. Formal Lean/CI

experience (Six Sigma/Kaizen/Kanban/TPM) 5+ years of

experience as a Supervisor/Superintendent or Manager in Consumer Packaged Goods (food/beverage/cosmetics, etc.) manufacturing.

Experience leading salaried direct reportsOpen to 1st shift, Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday (with extra pay)Bilingual Spanish is a plus
