Licensed Veterinary Technician
Responsibilities
Perform venipuncture, IV-catheter, and injection administrationSet up, position, and take digital radiographsCollect, set up, and interpret in-house laboratory and cytology testsMonitor anesthesia and assisting in surgical proceduresPerforming dental prophylaxisEducate clients on preventive careProperly and safely restrain patients, reliably and with compassion to prepare for procedures performed by technicians and/or doctors.
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Qualifications
2 or more years of direct patient care
experience; RVT license required. Team player and willingness to cross train in all areas of a general practiceSelf-driven accountability for learningPositive attitudeConflict resolution
skillsSelf-starterWeekend availability

Compensation Negotiable Based On Credentials And
experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $27 - $30 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your
skills,
qualifications,
experience, and
location.
