Responsibilities: Accounting Functions in Construction CompanyAnalyze financial data and provide forecasting support.Understand and be able to perform accounts payable, accounts receivable in accounting software.2-3 years of accounting/AP

experience preferred, preferably in the homebuilding industryUndertake Ad Hoc Projects to meet evolving business needs.Solid understanding of accounting and finance concepts

Skills: ·

Experience with accounts payable processes and proceduresProficiency in using Quicken or similar accounting softwareSolid understanding of double entry bookkeeping principles

Experience in budgeting processes and techniquesStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.Minimum 2 years of

experience in the field or in a related field
