Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Coding Department Manager role at Primus Health Network. The Coding Department Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the coding operations within the organization. They will develop and implement coding policies and procedures, ensure compliance with coding regulations and guidelines, and lead a team of coding professionals. This role is located in Boynton Beach, FL, with flexibility for some remote work.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related fieldCertification as a Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC)Minimum of 5 years of coding

experience in a managed care setting with focus on HCC's and HEDIS

Experience managing a coding department or teamStrong knowledge of coding systems and guidelines (e.g., ICD-10, CPT)Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
