We are looking for a qualified Nursing Supervisor for our client, a health service agency providing care for the developmentally disabled. This is a full time position (M-F 8:00-4:30), located in-person in McHenry County, IL.
Job Description:The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for oversight of all operations of the nursing department, including care for individuals served and supervision of RNs and Health Service Specialists. The Nursing Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing all medical care provided to clients, documentation of outside medical services, and coordination of internal medical support in order to ensure the best overall care for each person.
Required
Qualifications:Knowledge and
experience in nursing service administration for people with disabilities or other vulnerable populations.Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school), Field of Study: Nursing3 plus years of
experience in IDD Nursing.1 plus years supervisory
experience (Preferred)State of Illinois Nursing License and Nurse Trainer Certificate required.Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
