Overview:We are seeking an

experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational

skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

About Us: Roy’s Delivery and Medical Services are a medical courier service offering dedicated and on demand delivery solutions. We serve the healthcare industry through our unique customized approach to medical transportation and logistics. We understand the critical role that timely and accurate medical specimen delivery plays in diagnosing and treating patients.

Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, routing, and dispatchingEnsures client issues are resolved in a timely manner and maintains a professional business relationship.Works directly with the CEO- to reduce costs and keep accounts within designated budgets.Builds and maintains a positive work environment where team members and their contributions are recognized and valued. Maintain frequent communication with all team members.Reviews courier timecards on a daily and weekly basis to ensure there are no discrepancies.Partners with CEO to analyze and provide alternative solutions to optimize routes with all accounts, thus reducing the overall spend to perform the work.Ensures that all accounts are

location scanning at a 98% clip or greater.Monitors the overall daily/monthly on time performance (OTP) of routes, stats and will calls and ensures the OTP runs at 95% or greater.Has complete knowledge of all accounts. Aware of all job

responsibilities, routes, and

locations that the team monitors.In very rare occasions may cover runs if no other drivers/vehicles are availableCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues in a timely manner.Conduct regular safety audits and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed by the courier team.Recruit, train, and develop courier staff, including drivers and support personnel.Address customer inquiries and complaints related to courier services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Plan and manage peak season logistics and any emergency or unscheduled deliveries.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.Responsible for developing and implementing procedures which are consistent with company standards.Implements changes, improvements and follows up on the accounts to ensure that we are meeting their requests and expectations in the required timeframe.Ensures drivers meet performance expectations, company profitability, and client satisfaction.Oversee daily courier operations including dispatch, routing, and tracking of courier services.Maintain accurate records of operations, including driver logs, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage.

Skills:Bachelor's degree or equivalent

skills.Demonstrates strong work ethic, integrity, and a high level of attention to details.Must have at least 2 years of

experience in the medical courier industry.Reliable transportation and a good driving record are a requirement.
