Job Description:We are seeking a talented Patient

Education Writer to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a Patient

Education Writer, you will be responsible for creating informative and engaging

educational materials that empower our clients to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey and achieve their wellness goals.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with healthcare professionals and subject matter experts to understand the needs, concerns, and goals of our clients.Research and gather information on various topics related to physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall wellness.Develop clear and accessible content for patient

education materials, including brochures, handouts, instructional guides, and digital resources.Write in a tone and style that resonates with our target audience and fosters understanding and empowerment.Incorporate visual aids, diagrams, and interactive elements to enhance the

educational value and usability of the materials.Review and revise content based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with best practices in patient

education.Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and sports medicine to ensure that

educational materials reflect the latest research and recommendations.

Requirements:Proven

experience as a patient

education writer, healthcare writer, or similar role, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and principles of patient

education and communication.Excellent writing and communication

skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear and accessible manner.Creativity and innovation in developing engaging and interactive

educational materials that resonate with diverse audiences.Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity in all written content.Familiarity with patient

education guidelines and best practices, as well as accessibility standards for digital content.Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field required;

experience in patient

education or healthcare communications preferred.
