Wolf Line Construction operates in partnership with its clients to provide fiber optic and energized space installations, throughout the U.S. We leverage our combined

experience, industry expertise/relationships, committed team, and network of line work professionals to appropriately resource and execute projects for our clients. WLC and its non-profit, The Broadband Builder’s Guild are seeking a Grants Management Specialist to help develop and train broadband technicians and create a workforce to safely deploy fiber broadband networks in rural areas Applicants must have a passion for their work, be innovative, and possess strong verbal and written communication and analytic

skills. This role will support both Wolf Line Construction and its non-profit the Broadband Builder’s Guild.

Position Description

The Grants Management Specialist shall provide senior level support and assistance in coordination and oversight of acquisition and grants projects and should possess all of the knowledge

requirements below.

Responsibilities &

Duties

As a Grants Management Specialist, you will perform the following

duties:Maintains electronic and hard copy files for each grant-funded project to use for tracking and reporting purposes.Research, identify, and respond to grant opportunitiesMonitors all grants proposals and execution of grants for appropriate/allowable activities against budget.Assists with developing and modifying policies and procedures and system controls in accordance with government regulations and organizational needs and objectives in coordination with Senior Leadership.Conducts routine compliance reviews of grant programs.Maintains various reference files, assembles, and organizes data, and prepares necessary reports.Perform other

duties as assigned.

Knowledge,

Skills & Abilities - Requiredmust Have In-depth Knowledge Of And

experience with full Grants Management Life Cycle

Experience with Grants.gov webpageProvide a wide range of professional acquisition, grants management / contract support services in the areas of pre-award, award, and post award support to include grants management, acquisition planning, source selection, as well as grants / contract administration and management related to grantsProvide advice, recommendations, and document support Prepare Request for Applications (RFAs), Request for Quotes (RFQs), Request for Proposals (RFPs) Assist in conducting market research to identify potential sources and contract tooling

Education And

QualificationsBachelor's degree in relevant field of study required. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
